This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of your participation in the She Rises Retreat held in Byron Bay, Australia from April 16–19th, 2026. By securing your place at the retreat (via deposit, instalment, or full payment), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms below.

1. Personal Responsibility & Growth Disclaimer
You acknowledge that your personal growth, healing, and transformation are your own responsibility. While we provide tools, workshops, guidance, and a supportive environment, She Rises Enterprise makes no guarantees regarding specific results, breakthroughs, or outcomes. Results vary for each individual and no outcome is promised.

2. Travel, Accommodation & Health
You are fully responsible for:
• Booking and paying for your own travel to and from Byron Bay
• Ensuring your health and wellbeing are suitable for participation in group experiences
• Securing any necessary personal insurance (medical, cancellation, travel, theft, etc.)
Day Pass Guests: If you purchase a day pass, you are fully responsible for arranging and covering your own accommodation, meals outside of retreat hours, and transport to and from the retreat venue each day. These are not included in your ticket.
Failure to obtain insurance, travel arrangements, or suitable accommodation does not entitle you to a refund or credit.

3. Medical Disclaimer
She Rises Enterprise is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or medical conditions that occur before, during, or after the retreat. We do not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. All practices — including but not limited to journaling, breathwork, somatic movement, physical activity, or inner child work — are voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and risk. You agree to consult a professional if you have concerns.

4. Strict No-Refund Policy
All payments made are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, change of mind, travel issues, personal emergencies, or non-attendance. When you secured your ticket, we allocated one of our limited spots specifically for you, meaning others may have missed out.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person, provided:
1. You arrange the payment transfer privately with the new attendee.
2. You notify She Rises Enterprise in writing of the replacement’s full name and contact details.
3. The replacement signs and agrees to this same Guest Agreement before acceptance.
If no replacement is found, your payments will be forfeited.

5. Conduct & Community Standards
This retreat is intended to be a safe, respectful, and uplifting space. By attending, you agree to treat all facilitators, staff, and fellow attendees with respect.
She Rises Enterprise reserves the right to remove any participant without refund if they are disruptive, disrespectful, abusive, or negatively impacting the group dynamic.

6. Media Release
By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These may be used by She Rises Enterprise for marketing, social media, podcast, or promotional purposes. You waive any right to royalties, inspection, or compensation. If you do not wish to be included, you must notify us in writing prior to the retreat.

7. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, venue restrictions, etc.), we reserve the right to reschedule or relocate the retreat. No refunds will be issued. At our discretion, we may offer credit toward a future event.

8. Personal Belongings & Valuables
You are solely responsible for your belongings during the retreat. She Rises Enterprise is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

9. Sensitive Content & Emotional Triggers
Some sessions may include emotionally evocative themes that bring up sensitive memories or discomfort. By attending, you acknowledge you are choosing to participate and take full responsibility for your emotional wellbeing.

10. Confidentiality & Group Safety
To protect the privacy and safety of all guests, you agree to keep confidential any personal stories or disclosures shared by others. Breach of confidentiality may result in removal without refund.

11. Alcohol, Drugs, Smoking & Substance Use
This is a conscious retreat. The use of recreational drugs, excessive alcohol, smoking, or vaping is not permitted anywhere at the retreat venue. Anyone found under the influence or engaging in these behaviours in a way that disrupts the group or compromises safety will be removed without refund.

12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the matter will be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

13. Legal & Liability Waiver
By joining this retreat, you:
• Assume full responsibility for your choices, actions, and wellbeing
• Release She Rises Enterprise, its founders, facilitators, and staff from liability for injury, loss, or damages incurred before, during, or after the retreat
• Waive rights to claims or demands arising from participation
• Agree to indemnify She Rises Enterprise against any claims resulting from your actions or participation

14. Agreement Acknowledgement
By securing your place through deposit, instalment, or full payment, you confirm you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all the terms in this She Rises Retreat Guest Agreement. You acknowledge this agreement is legally binding and enforceable under the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
