What is After Dark?

After Dark is an in-person dance experience created for women who want to move, connect and step into their confidence, together. Expect a live podcast conversation, a heels class routine, and a playful partner lap dance routine to finish the night.

The first class is just for the girls. The optional second routine is a partner lap dance, bring someone if you'd like, and if you don't have a partner, no worries at all, you'll dance with us or a friend.

What if I've never been to a dance event before?

Perfect, most people are first-timers. After Dark is designed to be welcoming from the very first minute. We guide you through everything, step by step, so you never feel lost.

What if I haven't danced in a long time?

That's completely fine. There's no "right" level here. You'll move at your own pace and we break everything down so it feels easy and fun, no matter how long it's been.

What if I've never done a class?

No experience needed at all. Every class is beginner-friendly and taught from the ground up, just bring yourself and an open mind.

What if I'm scared of judgment?

This is a zero-judgment space. After Dark is all about feeling safe, supported and celebrated. Everyone's here for the same reason, to have fun and feel good in their body.

Do I need a partner for the lap dance routine?

Not at all. The partner lap dance is the optional finale. Bring someone if you'd like, and if you don't have a partner, no worries, you can dance with one of us or a friend.

Do I need knee pads?

They're not required, but if you have them and want a little extra comfort for floor work, feel free to bring them along.
